Goal

Know whether growth tactics were working as expected and decide who to target with the next one, with models built in a standard way instead of one by one.

What I did

  • Designed Faro (NBA Lighthouse), a Spark framework for building Next Best Action models with the same structure.
  • Monitoring mode: models that predict with a two-month lag, to compare what the growth strategy expected with what actually happened and find gaps.
  • Prediction mode: next-month models for targeting and for applying new tactics.
